Welcome to LTXI. By accessing or using our platform, placing an order, or communicating with our team, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
1. About LTXI
LTXI is a performance services platform connecting customers with verified professional, semi-professional, and former professional competitive players.
All services are carried out manually by real individuals — never by bots, scripts, or automation.
LTXI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any game publisher or platform holder.
2. Trust, Safety & Fair Use
- All orders are completed manually by vetted operators.
- VPN protection is used during all sessions to minimise account risk.
- No automated tools, cheats, exploits, or third-party software are used.
- Access credentials are stored securely and only visible to the assigned operator and administrators.
- Live order chat, progress updates, and proof uploads are provided.
3. Orders & Delivery
When you place an order, you are purchasing a targeted progression service based on the information you provide.
Estimated completion times are indicative only and may vary depending on queue conditions, service complexity, and demand.
4. Accuracy of Starting Information (Important)
You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful starting information when placing an order.
Parallel Progression Rule
If incorrect starting information is provided, the service will be completed in parallel with the true starting state.
Example: If a customer requests progression from 2000 → 4000, but the actual starting value is 1200, the service will complete at 3200.
This applies universally across all services, including but not limited to ranks, skill ratings, statistics, weapon progress, objectives, or unlocks.
In cases of incorrect information, LTXI may, at its discretion:
- Adjust the final outcome to reflect parallel progression
- Offer a partial or full refund
- Offer a paid adjustment to extend the service
5. Account Access & Credentials
If access details are required, they must be provided through the secure order interface after checkout.
Credentials are encrypted and never stored in plaintext. Access is restricted to the assigned operator and authorised administrators.
You are responsible for ensuring your account is accessible and not restricted at the time of service.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Once work has begun, refunds are not guaranteed and may be partial depending on progress completed.
7. Chargebacks & Abuse
Unauthorised chargebacks, payment disputes raised without prior contact, or attempts to obtain free services may result in account suspension and permanent service denial.
All orders are logged with progress evidence, timestamps, and operator records.
8. Limitation of Liability
LTXI provides services on a best-effort basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LTXI shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Account restrictions imposed by third parties
- Losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the customer
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
